Synopsis:
When first wake up, Captain Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal) did not realize what was happening. He no longer recognizes his body. Colter sure if he was trapped in the bodies of others but soon Colter remembered that he's currently in a dangerous assignment. Colter had to figure out the train bombers who was he was traveling.
Captain Colter Stevens is actually part of an experiment by the government. Basically, the experiment is called the Source Code allows Colter move from one body to another at the time that he used dead bodies. Currently Colter was in the body of a man named Sean Fentress who happened to be ill-fated passenger train.
With his ability, Colter can repeat the deadly accident that befell the train until he managed to discover who the perpetrators of the bombing so that he could prevent the recurrence of tragic event. Colter repeated many times that fateful event but also perpetrators of crimes he did not find. Colter finally began to suspect that the perpetrators of this bombing is actually the only person he did not expect, the body he was using.
